A very casual Hilary dressed in a vest, sweatpants & sneakers was seen at shopping @ Bed, Bath & Beyond yesterday, July 16th after a session of Pilates at the gym!

I think with these candids we can officially say that that ‘Cupcakes’ story was 100% false, which sucks.. would have been kind of amazing if true.

Actress Hilary Duff made sure she was a hit with the cast and crew of GOSSIP GIRL when she filmed her cameo appearance on the hit show - she arrived on set with cupcakes.

The 21 year old guest stars as college student Olivia Burke in upcoming episodes of the teen programme, which stars Chace Crawford and Leighton Meester.

Duff wanted to ensure she got on well with her TV colleagues - so she turned up to the New York City shoot armed with baked goods.

A source tells OK! magazine, “She was coming into a tight-knit group; she wanted to get off on the right foot.”

The blonde beauty isn’t the first actress to win over her castmates with sweet treats - Katie Holmes generously bought cupcakes for the 200-strong cast and crew working on her 2008 movie Mad Money. Source

How nice of her! Good to see she’s putting an effort into getting to know her new co-stars!

Just like the title says, a very beautiful summery looking Hilary headed out to the gym yesterday, July 14th for a Pilates Work-Out.

I’m so happy she’s keeping healthy by visiting the gym almost everyday! Now that’s dedication, folks.

After a workout earlier, Hilary headed to Paty’s restaurant with her friend, Summer and boyfriend, Mike for a quick Lunch.

She looks so gorgeous, as always!

When asked if she was excited about her upcoming ‘Gossip Girl‘ role Hilary said ‘I am, but i don’t really like to be interviewed on the street’. Polite & fierce, loves it.

Oh & I’m loving your little Hil & Mike nicknames btw! Milary, Hike, Milary Duffrie, Mikilary & Coff. So cute!

Keeping fit and healthy, Hilary hit the gym for the 3rd time this week yesterday, July 11th with her friend, Summer.

Hilary also kept up her ‘no make up at the gym’ routine - & we LOVE it.

After her workout, Hilary met up with her boyfriend for a well deserved lunch @ Paty’s Restaurant.

Our favourite couple, Hilary & Mike were spotted yesterday having a little walk to themselves around their neighbourhood in Toluca Lake, Los Angeles.

Am I the only one who thinks these two deserve a little nickname like Zanessa or Brangelina have?  Some things that popped into my mind where Hike & Milary.. lmao fail. Any suggestions?

Well I think I can safely say that we weren’t expecting this!

Hilary left the Ken Paves salon after a reported 5 hour makeover yesterday. Doesn’t she look absolutley stunning? I’m seriously loving this hair. This > Gym Hair.

I have just uploaded 9 HQ images of a very beautiful, natural looking Hilary leaving her local gym in West Hollywood yesterday, July 9th.

I’ve just recieved an amazing article from Travis Carr! He’s written a very positive & interesting article about how Hilary has blossomed from Disney ‘tween’ queen to Inde star & I thought i’d share!

One thing is for certain, Duff has officially moved on from her Disney past and her indie reinvention could very well have saved her career. Lohan would do well to take a page from her book. Source
