Getting a week-ending pampering fix, Hilary Duff was spotted out for a hair styling session in Los Angeles on Friday (February 5). She looked so hot! I love her outfit! The “Lizzie McGuire†cutie showed off her freshly cut coif as she strolled past paparazzi while leaving the Frederic Fekkai salon on what was a cold and rainy day.
