Enjoying a night out on the town, Hilary Duff took part in the Shipley and Halmos party in Los Angeles on Thursday evening (March 18).

Looking adorable, the “Lizzie McGuire” cutie was all smiles as she mingled at the Confederacy store venue in support of designers Sam Shipley and Jeff Halmos.
