Footage has just surfaced of Hilary as Yonka behind the scenes of the ‘I want to blow you up‘ Music video. This was shot back in 2007 when Hilary starred in the feature film War Inc, but sadly it never made the movie or dvd!

Our favourite couple, Hilary & Mike were spotted yesterday having a little walk to themselves around their neighbourhood in Toluca Lake, Los Angeles.

I’ve just recieved an amazing article from Travis Carr! He’s written a very positive & interesting article about how Hilary has blossomed from Disney ‘tween’ queen to Inde star & I thought i’d share!
One thing is for certain, Duff has officially moved on from her Disney past and her indie reinvention could very well have saved her career. Lohan would do well to take a page from her book. Source

Hilary Duff has been designated ambassador for the youth of the city of Bogota. The mayor confirmed that she will be there between August 1 and August 15. No word on how long she will be there. Mayor of Bogota is naming her the guest of honor and official ambassador for the cause. She will be promoting her charity, “Blessing in a Backpack” in district school and community diners. She will be extending her charity plans to a new project campaigning the importance of vaccination. Negotiations have been made with the mayor of the city. He explains that feeding campaigns in Bogota have motivated Hilary to bring her project there.
From the comments at the newspaper website It seems many Colombian fans are angry at her and the mayor is stupid. This is because of an incident from 2005, where Hilary cancelled the only South American leg she has ever had on a tour and promised to reschedule new dates. She never returned to South America for a concert (Brazil excluded.) Source
I think it’s awful that those fans are still holding such a stupid grudge against Hilary especially when she is coming there to do volunteer work.
Yes. It’s been confirmed, Barely Legal.. Hilary’s ‘NBC Show’ isn’t going to happen. Of course we’re disapointed that it isn’t happening because it was an awesome project she could have embarked upon but honestly, it’s not the end of the world.

Don’t dispare though, according to the following article there’s still ’something in the future’ for Hilary with NBC.

Yes, it’s true! Hilary Duff will join the cast of “Gossip Girl” in its third season for a multi-episode arc to debut this fall! On October 5th (episode 4) we’ll meet Hilary’s character Olivia Burke, a movie star who attends New York University in the hopes to experience a true college experience along with other NYU newbies Blair (Leighton Meester), Dan (Penn Badgley) and Vanessa (Jessica Szohr).
